Refund and Returns Policy

Fashion Accessory Company (FAC) Return Policy

  1. FAC accepts returns for the following reasons
  • Change of mind.
  • Faulty Items.

 

Change of Mind

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from order receipt.
  • All Products must be unworn.
  • All products must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Change of mind returns are at the customer’s expense.
  • Change of mind is only available for products delivered within Australia.

 

Faulty Items

  • Our quality control team inspects all deliveries prior to order despatch.
  • In the unlikely event one of our products is faulty, we’ll gladly accept a return at our expense.
  • All products must be returned unworn.

 

Return Options

  • Items can be exchanged for the same or similar item.
  • Item must be of the same or higher value. If the item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference at checkout.
  • Where a refund is to be issued, the refund will be issued via the original method of payment.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the faulty item(s). This may take up to 30 days.

 

Returns Process

  • Contact our customer service via info@fashionaco.com.au
  • Include the word “Return” and your order number on the email subject heading.
  • On the main body of the email, include our order number and the email address used to purchase your item(s).
  • Include an image/photo in either JPG, PNG, or PDF formats of the postage receipt. This is for FAC to credit the postage as part of the returns process.
  • You can also include a copy of the receipt with your returned item.
